  • What happens if I return my vehicle after the scheduled time ?

    A delay penalty will be charged if you return your vehicle after the scheduled time. It should also be noted that our insurance covers you only during the rental period entered on the contract. By returning your vehicle after the scheduled time, you will drive without insurance.

  • Should I return the vehicle with fuel ?

    The vehicle will usually be delivered with fuel and must be returned with the same level. If at the time of the return, the fuel level is lower than that of the departure, the fuel missing the amount indicated in agency and a fuel surcharge will be invoiced to you.

  • Is it possible to return my vehicle outside normal business hours ?

    Unfortunately, you can not return your vehicle outside the opening hours of our agencies. We remind you that the vehicle is under your responsibility until the end of the return procedure during which you must imperatively be present.

  • Do I have to check the "state condition" sheet when i returned the vehicle ?

    We advise you to go directly to the counter of our agency to start the return procedure during which a member of our staff will make an inventory of your vehicle with you.
