  • Can I visit all Europe with vehicle I rented?

    Universal Riders allows you to travel in the European Union countries indicated on the vehicle's insurance Green Card. To get to England, you must ask our agency for a written authorization allowing you to cross the sea.

  • What happens in the event of a breakdown or accident?

    In the event of a breakdown or accident, you will find on your rental contract the assistance number available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event of an accident, you must fill in the accident report present in all our vehicles, otherwise you will be held responsible for the damage and you will have to pay the cost of the repairs.

  • Can I change the duration of my rental contract?

    To change the duration of your rental contract please contact our Customer Service, by phone +33 (0)9 71 09 10 90 or email: serviceclients@universalriders.com. The extension of the rental will be made upon acceptance by our customer service and subject to availability of the vehicle.
