    By entering the booking dates, the type of vehicle and the desired mileage, we calculate for you the best rates taking into account all the promotions in progress on our website.

  • What is the minimum time to reserve a motorcycle on the website ?

    You can reserve a motorcycle up to one hour before it is picked up at one of our agencies.

  • What are the advantages of booking via the website ?

    The site www.universalriders.com gives you access, in real time, to all available vehicles and rental rates. By reserving your vehicle on our website you will automatically receive all the promotions in force and you immediately get a confirmation of booking by e-mail.

  • How to know if my reservation has been accepted ?

    All bookings made on our website are automatically validated and accepted at the end of the booking process when you access the "Confirmation" page. We suggest you to print this page. In any case, you will receive a summary of your reservation by e-mail.

  • What are General Rental Conditions ?

  • May i cancel my reservation ?

    You can cancel your reservation until the day of departure by contacting ourCustomer Service, by phone +33.971 09 10 90  (0,15€/min) or by email at the following address : serviceclients@universalriders.com

  • May I change my reservation ?

    You can change your reservation until day of departure but also during your booking period by contacting our  Customer Service, by phone +33 971 09 10 90 (0,15€/min) or by email : serviceclients@universalriders.com.Caution: We will use the rates at the time of your request for modification which may lead to a change of your invoice.

  • I forgot my password, what should I do ?
