By entering the booking dates, the type of motorcycle you desire, as well as your pickup and drop off locations, we calculate for you the best rates taking into account all curent promotional offers on our website.
What is the minimum amount of time necessary to book a motorcycle on the website?
You can book a motorcycle up to one hour before it is picked up at one of our agencies.
What are the advantages of booking via the website?
The site www.universalriders.com gives you access, in real time, to all available vehicles and rental rates. When booking a vehicle on our website you will automatically receive all the promotions in force and you immediately get a booking confirmation by e-mail.
How do I know if my booking has been accepted?
All bookings made on our website are automatically validated and accepted at the end of the booking process when you access the "Confirmation" page. We highly suggest that you print this page. In any case, you will receive a summary of your booking by e-mail.
What are the General Rental Conditions?

Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking until the day of departure by contacting our Customer Service, by phone +33 9 71 09 10 90 or by email at the following address : email@example.com

Can I change my booking?
You can change your booking until the day of departure but also during your booking period by contacting our Customer Service, by phone +33 9 71 09 10 90 or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Beware: We will use the rates at the time of your request for modification which may lead to a change of your invoice.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
You can retrieve your password by clicking on the link "I forgot my password"
and indicating the e-mail address used when opening your account. An e-mail will be sent to you to reset your password. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact Customer Service, by phone +33 971 09 10 90 (0,15€/min) or by email at the following address email@example.com.
