Can other people drive the rented vehicle?
No, they cannot. Only the driver who is registered in the rental contract is allowed to ride the motorcycle. Because of the insurance policy, we cannot register any additional driver.
Is there a minimum or maximum age to rent a motorcycle with Universal Riders?
To rent a motorcycle you must be over 25 years old and have been licensed for more than two years.
What documents do I need to present to pick up my vehicle?
When you want to pick up your rental motorcycle, you must present your original driver's license as well as your own credit card to make the security deposit. Without these documents, the vehicle can not be picked up and the rental will not be reimbursed.
Is the "vehicle condition sheet" important?
Yes, this paper summing up the state of the rented motorcycle is very important. To ensure that damage is not imputed to you, we highly recommend you to make sure that the effective motorcycle condition corresponds to what is written on the paper we gave you when you picked the vehicle up.
